Allen Iverson is one of the most naturally gifted players to ever step foot on the hardwood. The now-retired guard excited fans up and down America with his exhilarating performances night after night.

Having played his last NBA game six years ago for the Philadelphia 76ers, he departed as an 11-time All-Star, one-time MVP and with a tally of 24,368 points.

The 40-year-old was recently asked which current star he believed was most like himself and while he said there were no similarities in their style of play, he saw a major similarity with LeBron James.

As per ESPN, he said: “LeBron ain’t got none of my game, you know what I’m saying? But his heart is all mine.”

James' heart and passion epitomise his game and can be seen every time he steps foot on the hardwood, it is part of what makes him such a brilliant player.

Those traits almost took the Cleveland Cavaliers to glory last season as LeBron carried the torch in the absence of Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love.

There is a big chance the Cavs will find their way back to the Finals this season and, if they are to go one step further, James' heart and passion will play a huge part.
