Cristiano Ronaldo poses in his underwear after El Clasico win

Cristiano Ronaldo had every right to celebrate his late winner which earned Real Madrid their first win against Barcelona at the Nou Camp in four years.

But he could have done it wearing a few more items of clothing, couldn't he?

Madrid had fallen behind to a Gerard Pique goal in the 56th minute before Karim Benzema equalised with a superb bicycle kick.

Despite the fact that Sergio Ramos saw red in the final 10 minutes, Ronaldo stepped up and bagged the winner that has given Madrid life in the title race.

Of course, after the game came the obligatory post-game changing room selfie via Gareth Bale, and one thing about Madrid's picture caught the eye in particular, and it was, well, Ronaldo. Why is he the only one in his pants?!

There was also plenty of backlash about the picture in general, with some questioning why Madrid felt the need to take a group picture despite the fact they're still seven points behind Barcelona in the title race.

Leading the charge was former Chelsea midfielder Jody Morris, who wrote on Twitter: "I get taking this pic if it took them 10 points clear of Barca🙈🤔Ramos celebrating?? Ronaldo flexing in his Adam ants?"

Indeed, despite the win, Los Blancos are still behind Atletico Madrid in third place after Diego Simeone's side claimed a 5-1 win against Real Betis.

Do you think Madrid's players should be posting pictures celebrating their Clasico win despite being so far behind Barcelona in the league? Leave a comment below!
