Arsenal fans criticise Gabriel after West Ham clash

Arsenal and West Ham United have played out one of the games of the season at Upton Park this afternoon. 

After a wonderful 90 minutes, there was nothing to separate the two sides in a topsy-turvy 3-3 draw in east London. 

Arsenal raced into a two-goal lead thanks to strikes from Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez, but a sublime hat-trick from English striker Andy Carroll put West Ham ahead.

The Gunners weren't to be denied a point, however, as centre-back Laurent Koscielny equalised for Arsene Wenger's side. In truth, though, the result represents a disappointing one for both teams as they go in search of success.

It's safe to say that Arsenal's title charge is now all but over - they sit 10 points behind table-toppers Leicester City - and fans have clearly been left frustrated following the result. 

Gabriel performance 

In fact, the club's faithful have hit out at one player in particular; Gabriel, who has flattered to deceive since arriving in north London, endured a torrid afternoon as Caroll, Dimitri Payet and co. caused havoc throughout proceedings. 

Caroll consistently got the better of the Arsenal centre-back in the air, while Payet made him look foolish on more than one occasion.
