The Viper Randy Orton has been out for several months already and was tipped to make his big return on RAW on Monday.

Unfortunately, the Viper didn't show up and now the reason appears to have surfaced as there are now rumours that he has suffered a set back in his return.

It now looks like Orton will be sidelined for another two months and it is believed that it is due to the original shoulder injury he suffered months ago.

Orton hasn't been seen since the October 12th episode of Monday Night RAW when he teamed with Dean Ambrose against the New Day.

But it now seems like no-one knows when we will next see Orton in the ring and of course the biggest question is who he will face when he does finally make his return.

A very long list

Ahead of WrestleMania 32, the injury list in the WWE was very long and left the roster very depleted ahead of the biggest show of the year.

With Seth Rollins, John Cena and Orton all out injured ahead of Mania, a lot of potential matches had to be tabled for a later date.

Sting - who had been injured ahead of WrestleMania, used his induction into the Hall of Fame the night before the show in Dallas to officially retire from professional wrestling.
