In the spirit of a good spring clean/Wade Barrett’s apparent WWE departure, I would like to present to you the list of people that have done all they can on screen, and should move on to pastures new:
Brock Lesnar
It could just be the writing, but Brock Lesnar peaked when he took apart Seth Rollins’ car last year. All he does is throw 30 German suplexes and seven F5s, and he clearly doesn’t want to be there.
Did you see his performance at the Royal Rumble? Apart from a couple of moments where he stiffed Braun Strowman, it was an entirely unremarkable showing; he blended into the background.

Once (unfairly) eliminated by the Wyatt Family, he wandered off and that was that. There's just no vim in his performances anymore.
Damian Sandow
He got himself over in a big way as Mizdow, made the turn against The Miz we were all waiting for, was poised to win the Andre The Giant Battle Royal last year, and has not been on screens ever since.
He was still really over at this year’s Andre Battle Royal, but WWE doesn’t care what its fans want if it differs with their plan (see Roman Reigns). Even at this year's Battle Royal the crowd went bananas for Sandow's squaring up to Big Show and Shaq.
He was then unceremoniously dumped to crush the crowd's buzz once again. A White House petition is being taken at the moment to get WWE to give him more screen time, which is obviously crazy, but it shows the connection that he has forged with fans. He should leave and rebuild his career elsewhere.
Byron Saxton
He represents everything corporate and dull about the current product. he started off on NXT, doing literally nothing of note, before bizarrely bypassing his more talented peers from developmental.
It's very clear that he is simply parroting whatever Vince McMahon feeds him from the gorilla position and has no actual voice of his own. NXT has Corey Graves and Tom Phillips in a great double act; Renee Young was excellent when on commentary; even Jason Albert did some good stuff.
Saxton is a vanilla mannequin who needs a lesson in telling a story in paragraphs instead of sound bites. Get shot of him and put Mauro Ranallo on Raw instead; he's got real chops.
Vince McMahon
He’s an out of touch old man like CM Punk said he is. Triple-H has his finger on the pulse and should be running creative. The talent has carried the company for so long on screen now that they deserve the reward of good creative.
This won’t happen until Vince goes. Unfortunately, like Charlton Heston's guns, WWE will have to be pried from his cold, dead hands so this is probably many years from happening.
A step in the right direction has been taken on the last couple of episodes of Raw, but with Vince in charge he'll change his mind about everything when Cena comes back, and people like AJ Styles will be jobbing every week. Please retire, Vince.
