It has happened: Leicester City are Premier League champions.

The Foxes, who were almost relegated from England's elite division last season, have secured English football's biggest prize after Chelsea held rivals Tottenham to a 2-2 draw at Stamford Bridge this evening.

In what has been one of the most remarkable sporting achievements of all time, the new champions have secured 22 wins, 11 draws and lost just three Premier League matches.

Claudio Ranieri's side, led by the talismanic figures of Jamie Vardy and Riyad Mahrez, have been consistently brilliant throughout the course of the campaign.

Tottenham looked set to maintain their title challenge but surrendered two second-half goals against Chelsea.

Before tonight's game in west London, it had been documented that the Leicester players were set to go together at Jamie Vardy's house.

And now Leicester City ace Christian Fuchs, who has played a prominent role for the club this term, has taken to Twitter to show just how the players celebrated when the full-time whistle went at Stamford Bridge.

As you can see in the video below, Leicester's stars celebrated in style...

It's safe to say that Jamie Vardy is having a party and we really do not blame him. They have made history.
