Manchester City brought in manager Pep Guardiola to transform the football club and take them to the next level. That requires bringing in some new faces, and a few big names are already on his wish list.

With the goal of winning the Champions League in mind, the former Barcelona boss knows the Citizens' owners will be willing to spend whatever is needed in order to get the players he desires, which may include a couple of players from rival Premier League clubs.

According to The Sun, Arsenal's Alexis Sanchez, Everton's John Stones, and Tottenham Hotspur's Danny Rose are a few players on Pep's shopping list for this upcoming summer transfer window.

Out of the three, the move to bring in Stones would probably be the easiest to pull off due to his play not developing at the Merseyside club this season, but forcing the two north London sides to part ways with two of their top players will be a more difficult task.

However, the pressure could quickly be shifted to the Gunners and Spurs, as City will not be afraid to splash the cash to get the players they want. City owner Sheikh Mansour has spent over £770m since he took over the club in 2008.

With the main reason for Guardiola's appointment being to win the Champions League, expect City to make big moves in the transfer market in order to build a side that can go beyond the semi-final stages next season. Sanchez, Rose and Stones could certainly help the Citizens towards that goal.
