Enzo Amore is back baby!

The self-proclaimed "smack-talker, sky-walker" made his return from injury to excite the crowd on Monday Night RAW in Baltimore last night.

And the New Jersey native was in fine form as he made his first steps inside a squared circle since suffering a brutal-looking concussion at the Payback pay-per-view. Scroll down to watch a video of Amore's return.

With Enzo and Cass talking about the Dudley Boyz in their return promo, it's basically confirmed that the two are going to be feuding again. That means original plans from Payback will likely stay the same.

Enzo and Cass were probably going to lose at Payback, with Bubba Ray and D-Von interfering in some way to cost them the win and give The Vaudevillains the opportunity to face the New Day at Extreme Rules on Sunday.

When Amore suffered his concussion, those plans had to be put on hold. But now they're straight back on again, with Enzo calling them out rather than The Vaudevillains - who actually injured him.

It seems only a matter of time before Enzo and Cass get a shot at the WWE Tag Team titles, but hopefully it doesn't happen too soon. They need to be carefully cultivated in order to keep looking strong and also get more time in the ring before being launched into main event-level feuds.

We know they are over with the fans, of course they are - they're literally the best promos in the entire WWE and have only been on the main roster for barely a few months.

However, despite their popularity, Enzo and Cass never once won the NXT Tag Team titles during their long, long run in the developmental promotion.

They were always the team that came so close to winning gold before failing, because Triple H, Ryan Ward and co. knew that they didn't need the title to be over and that they were so over that losing the big one wouldn't hurt their popularity.

If that can successfully be repeated in the WWE then we could be seeing Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady as a big deal for a long time, which would be amazing.
