Antonio Conte will face a London derby as his first match for Chelsea as they host West Ham on the opening weekend of the season.

After they clash against the Hammers, Chelsea face Watford (A) and then Burnley (H).

They host Tottenham on November 26 before travelling to White Hart Lane on January 2.

It will be Conte vs. Jose Mourinho on October 22 at Stamford Bridge while they travel to Old Trafford on April 15.

In September, the Italian faces a tough month with Swansea (A), Liverpool (H) and Arsenal (A).

Over the festive period, the Stamford Bridge club host Bournemouth on Boxing Day, welcome Stoke on the December 31 and then their match against Spurs.

Chelsea’s final three fixtures of the campaign are favourable with Middlesbrough (H), West Brom (A) and Sunderland (H).

Of course, with Chelsea not playing European football next season, the Blues will be concentrating on maintaining a title challenge next season.
