UFC 200 is a week and a half away and the buildup to the UFC's biggest pay-per-view in quite some time is starting to heat up.
The event sees Jon Jones face off against Daniel Cormier for the UFC Light Heavyweight Championship and the two fighters are in excellent media mode ahead of the clash, with Cormier today taking a shot at the challenger.
Jones, who is the interim champion, has been complaining about the choice of referee for the fight at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on July 9. Today, Cormier had his reply, telling Bones to "nut up."

Apparently, Jones is unhappy with 'Big' John McCarthy being in charge of the title fight, saying that he would rather have anyone else inside the octagon than McCarthy. Apparently, McCarthy and Jones have a bad "energy" - whatever that means.
Speaking in the aftermath of Jones' comments, Cormier basically told the 28-year-old to stop crying and just get on with it.
"I think John McCarthy is a guy that is a great referee. He's a guy that he's kind of in the fight. You feel like there's a third guy," Cormier said on the UFC Unfiltered podcast with Matt Serra and Jim Norton.
"Every referee has something that they do that someone will not agree with...Look April 23rd, if Herb Dean would have been the official I would've had to just nut up and deal with it. And that is exactly what Jones is gonna have to do on July 9."
So, why does Jon Jones not want John McCarthy to be the third man in the fight? Well, it's pretty obvious, McCarthy cracks down hard on all the little tricks that Jon tries to do.
Jones like to have his hands open when standing up, keeping his opponent away from him with outstretched fingers which can cause eye pokes. McCarthy is quick to stop open hands pointed at the opponent and would almost certainly warn Jones about it straight away.
Big John is the only ref who will get in a fighter's face for using an open hand to measure range even if nothing happened yet. That hampers Jones and is probably the main reason why he wants McCarthy off the fight.
Instead, he'll just have to take Cormier's advice and nut up.
