Miko Grimes has made a name for herself with a number of astonishing Twitter rants.

The wife of Tampa Bay Buccaneers cornerback Brent Grimes takes outspoken to a whole new level, her controversial nature almost costing the NFL player his career as teams remained hesitant to sign him.

Miko launched another rant on Monday in which she attacked the Miami Dolphins, Brent’s former employer, and made an anti-semitic remark towards Stephen Ross and Mike Tannenbaum, the team’s respective owner and general manager.

The self-appointed “realest football wife y’all ever met” was arrested during a Dolphins game in September 2015 on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

The charges were eventually dropped but it serves as a reminder that the Buccaneers took a big risk when they signed Brent to a two-year deal worth $16.5 million in March.

We’re still doubtful that Ryan Tannehill has recovered from the astonishing attack Miko aimed his way after the Dolphins suffered an 18-12 loss to the Indianapolis Colts last December.

Proof that Mrs Grimes’ actions have had an impact on Brent’s career materialised in March when Ross admitted the decision to cut Grimes was influenced by Miko.

“I think everybody knows what she represented,” Ross told the Palm Beach Post. “I thought it was best that the Dolphins move on from Brent and Miko.'

Now, Miko Grimes is the Buccaneers problem. We give it two weeks into the regular season before she’s ranting about the Glazer family and Jason Licht.
