Adidas reveal Leicester City's Riyad Mahrez will join Chelsea?

An eagle-eyed Chelsea fan has spotted some potentially big news that will disappoint Arsenal fans, after spotting Riyad Mahrez shirts being sold on Chelsea kit suppliers Adidas' official website.

The Leicester City winger has been heavily linked with a £41 million move to the Gunners, and reports claim that the player has spoken with the north London club about a move to the Emirates, although Foxes boss Claudio Ranieri insists he is staying at the King Power Stadium.

Nothing has yet come of Arsenal's interest in the Algeria international, and the fact that Adidas' blunder, which has since been removed from the site, was spotted, has caused many to speculate that the PFA Player of the Year could be on his way to Stamford Bridge this summer.

Manchester United were also subject to a mistake by the German kit supplier, after Adidas put Henrikh Mkhitaryan shirts on sale, a week before the Amernian completed his move to Old Trafford.

And for that reason, it is no wonder that Blues fans are curious about where Mahrez will be playing his football next season, and how he could potentially strengthen Chelsea's attack.

N'Golo Kante recently joined the Blues from Leicester, but it now seems that there could be truth in rumours linking Mahrez, also, with a move to south west London, who had, until this point, been considered likely to sign for Arsenal.

Mahrez helped Leicester to their first league title during their 132-year history, last season. But it still remains to be seen if the Foxes can convince the winger to stay another season at the club, with Champions League football on offer.
