The Kevin Durant saga has taken twists and turns ever since the moment he decided to join the Golden State Warriors in free agency. The forward has faced a barrage of questions about his move and there was even a suggestion that he had lied to Russell Westbrook having supposedly told the point guard he would be staying put. Something he heavily denies.

Throughout all of this, Westbrook has stayed quiet, remaining out of the media spotlight and away from controversy as he weighs up the next move in his career with his own free agency just 11 months away. The two-time All-Star game MVP still hasn't spoken to the media but Facebook user Aijalon O SoGmfe bumped into him and posted their encounter on social media.

He asked Westbrook 'how you feel about Durant man?' to which the NBA star laughed and looked away from the camera. It's not clear what Russ was laughing at, but he certainly did not want to cause any trouble by saying something that could end up on social media. Scroll down to see the video.

With KD gone, OKC is Westbrook's team. The franchise is attempting to tie him down to a max extension in the near future to ensure he doesn't enter free agency and he will have to be the leader of the team if they are to reach the playoffs.

Already a triple-double machine last season, a lot is expected of the guard now that his All-Star former teammate has departed and the Thunder will be extremely exciting to watch next season.
