Michael Jordan wins bet against Chris Paul at his summer camp

Michael Jordan has been breaking the hearts of sports fans for a long time now. His latest moment at his Flight School camp can be added to the list now.

Chris Paul and Derek Fisher were there to help facilitate a shooting clinic for kids who were in attendance. It can never just be a simple shooting contest when it comes to an extreme competitor like His Airness.

MJ bet CP3 that if he made three shots without missing, then he would give all of the kids shoes. Unfortunately for the kids, the Point God missed his last attempt.

The Clippers’ All-Star flipped the challenge back on Air Jordan by proposing that if he missed three shots, he would still have to get all the campers shoes.

The kids suddenly had new life but that was all shut down by the Greatest of All Time. He canned all three of his jumpers to snatch victory over the point guard.

Jordan decided to make one last ditch effort to possibly give the shoes away to the now desperate camp audience.

He challenged D-Fish to hit some free throws to bail the restless young athletes out. Unfortunately, he missed a shot which led to the palpable disappointment of everyone in the crowd.

Three times these kids got shut down. That has got to sting quite a bit. CP3’s initial attempt probably was the worst as he made the first two before the last one rimmed out.

Maybe, the adults in the contests felt so bad that they just gave the campers the shoes anyway out of pity. But, I doubt it seriously.

The youth learned a valuable lesson that day, the G.O.A.T. plays for keeps. You definitely want the ball in his hands when there is something on the line. This is still true even today.
Hopefully, they can have some better luck next time.
