Paige reportedly pulled from WWE tour of New Zealand and Australia

Things don't appear to be going too well for Paige in the WWE at present.

After bursting on the scene the night after WrestleMania 30 and winning the now defunct WWE Divas Championship from AJ Lee, her career has been unable to match those dizzy heights since.

Undoubtedly talented, Paige has appeared to be left behind in the midst of the 'Divas Revolution' and has fallen from top-tier status.

According to recent reports, things aren't going to get imminently better for the grappler from Norwich either.

Steven Fernandes of pwinsider.com has reported that Paige has been removed from next week's New Zealand and Australia cards. The Brit was originally scheduled to team with Sasha Banks to wrestle Charlotte and Dana Brooks, but that match has now turned into a handicap match with Banks going solo against the two.

To be fair, no solid reason has come out to explain her absence, so it would be unfair to say she is in the WWE doghouse. However, it wouldn't be too much of a stretch either considering how poorly she has been used on television.

Couple that with the fact that she was supposedly in trouble with police in Las Vegas following the Money in the Bank pay-per-view back in June, and things haven't been smooth sailing for the 23-year-old.

It could just be that Paige has suffered an injury, or she has to stay at home for family reasons; both excuses have commonly occurred in the WWE before.

However, if an injury had happened, chances are it would have been reported by WWE by now and there would have been an update as to why. We're sure more developments will filter out in the coming days and we'll keep you posted.
