Ryback hasn't appeared in the WWE since the beginning of May after he was sent home by the company due to a contract dispute. Two of the main reasons why there was a disagreement was due to lack of equal pay for talent and creative frustration.
However, there has been an update by The Big Guy himself on his official Instagram account on his current status with the WWE.
He isn't coming back.

The former Intercontinental Champion announced in an Instagram video - which you can view below - that he would no longer be working with the WWE and would like to wish the company "the best in their future endeavors." He also thanked his fellow performers for working alongside him in the ring.
Ryback went on to announce several new projects coming out soon by him including a website, clothing line, a motivational book, and a sports nutrition line. He also said that he still wants to wrestle a full schedule and he is available for bookings.
So it looks like The Big Guy was unable to resolve his issues with the WWE and now he is no longer under contract with the company.
The majority of people expected this due to the direction the company is currently going on. The WWE roster is bigger than ever thanks to the brand extension, with many talented performers on both the Raw and SmackDown rosters.
With so many top superstars now in the WWE, it never looked like Ryback would be getting what he wanted from the company, so it's no real surprise that the situation has come to this conclusion. Yet, The Big Guy is a capable wrestler, and shouldn't be out of work for too long.
