At the forefront of the 'new era' in the WWE, Triple H is leading his talented performers from NXT like a proud father.
The Game has overseen the progression of his young starlets and he has developed them into the characters they are today. Now, in Vince McMahon's hands on the main roster, the challenge is to see whether they can make that next step up.
Triple H spoke to KC Joyner of ESPN to launch the sites new WWE subsection yesterday and the 13-time world champion gave plenty of insight into the business today.

As Vince's right-hand man, The Cerebral Assassin has a major say in how things work creatively in the WWE. When he was asked about the much maligned '50/50 booking' process, he was far from impressed.
"It's just a term somebody came up with," Triple H asserted. "It's just terms that people throw out there. When somebody goes, 'Well, you just can't get people over with 50/50 booking,' [I'll always say] 'Oh, I'm sorry, how's your territory coming? Because this one seems to be doing pretty good over here.'
"We just had the largest WrestleMania in history. People talk a lot of smack about ratings and things, but they don't understand all of the dynamics of everything we do. They don't. They sit on the internet and they read one thing and they give their point of view."
For those of you that aren't sure, 50/50 booking relates to superstars trading victories rather than putting together a string of wins. It can hurt a character's momentum if they can't ever really get rolling, but, by the same token, fans moaned when Roman Reigns couldn't stop winning.
It's a difficult balance for the WWE. However, much like Triple H insinuated, the company are doing just fine with their current direction.
