Scott not getting complacent

Brentford manager Andy Scott can still see plenty of room for improvement despite his side's lofty position in League Two.

Monday night's 1-1 draw at Notts County stretched Brentford's unbeaten run to nine games and lifted them into third place, but Scott insists they will get better.

"We are highlighting the mistakes we are making but we are not getting beaten - that is a good thing," he said.

The Bees boss is happy to see his side grind out points when they are not playing to their full potential, but knows there is still more to come from his new-look side.

He continued: "When we get it right we are a good side, and at the moment when we are not doing it right we are working hard and still getting points."
