Incredibly, David Beckham has still got room on his body for more tattoos.

He’ll end up looking like THIS bloke soon. (Sorry about that).

Now 41, Beckham still enjoys getting inked up - although his latest tat has raised a few eyebrows.

The former Manchester United and Real Madrid star has had a tattoo of a horse - yes, a horse - done on his neck.

Why a horse, we hear you cry. Not even The Sun know why.

However, the British newspaper speculates that it might be because his wife, Victoria, has a love of horses.

But that still doesn’t sound like a good enough reason to us.

Imagine if other men did the same and had tattoos of their partner’s interests and hobbies on their bodies?

For David’s sake, we hope Victoria isn’t also a fan of The Only Way is Essex.

Beckham now has more than 40 tattoos

The retired footballer has more than 40 tattoos on his body and recently had the number 99 inked on his little finger to mark the year he got married to Posh Spice.

It was also the year that the former England captain won a historic treble with United.

Beckham played a pivotal role in the Red Devils’ famous 2-1 victory over Bayern Munich at the Camp Nou, whipping in both corners which led to United scoring their two goals in injury time.

It was also the year that his first child, Brooklyn, was born. Shortly after his son’s birth, he got his first inking and he hasn’t looked back since.

A year later, Beckham had a large guardian angel tattooed on his back.

But there was embarrassment for the footballer later that year when experts pointed out that one of his tattoos contained an error.

A tattoo with Victoria’s name in Hindi script actually read ‘Vichtoria’.

But at least it still looked cool, right?

Is David Beckham too old for tattoos now - or should he continue getting inked up until there’s no room left? Have your say by leaving a comment below.
