Zinedine Zidane was renowned for many things throughout his playing career, but more so than most for his intelligence, dribbling and unerring finishing ability.

So often for Real Madrid would the Frenchman collect the ball, breeze past one or two defenders before finding the back of the net with a rasping strike.

He's widely regarded as one of football's best ever players for very good reason.

And it would seem a keen eye for goal runs in the family judging by the quality of son Theo Zidane's strike for Real Madrid U15s on Saturday.

Scroll down for a video of the 15-year-old's wonder goal.

After picking up the ball in the opposition's half, Theo tore past one defender with ease before lashing a rising strike into the top-left corner.

Where Zidane and his Real Madrid side are concerned, it's two wins out of two in La Liga having beaten Celta Vigo and Real Sociedad 2-1 and 3-0 respectively.

There's good news on the horizon for Los Blancos too, with Cristiano Ronaldo set for a return to action against Osasuna next weekend following a knee injury suffered during the Euro 2016 final.

The Portuguese superstar posted the below picture on Instagram recently to provide fans with an exciting update on his recovery.

One player who has thrived in Ronaldo's absence is Gareth Bale, who struck twice against Real Sociedad on August 21.

"I'm happy for him," Zidane said of Bale following the win, "because he is physically behind the others and that has not been noticed.

"He started in the best way, scoring early. This is a difficult place to come if you do not take your chances. Gareth has already said this one is an important year for him, and it is showing."
