Alberto Del Rio's departure from WWE was confirmed over the weekend, with many of the WWE Universe already aware that The Luchador was thinking of walking away from the company.
The former World Champion has since spoken out about why he left WWE and announced his first appearances since his departure, but during an interview with Mas Lucha in Mexico, Del RIo revealed that he isn't the only star who wants to walk away from WWE.
Even though his girlfriend Paige's WWE career is still up in the air, Del Rio mentioned that it was NXT star Andrade "Cien" Almas that was hoping to return to his native country.

ALMAS WANTS TO LEAVE?
Del Rio was asked about what WWE would do now there was a gap in the Latin market and what this meant for stars like Andrade Almas and Gran Metalik.
"I talked to my good friend Manny and poor guy, he wants to come back. Unfortunately, when you go into that company you have to abide by their rules. That's just how it is. It's the nature of our business. I always put it like this. There is a problem with all the talent that goes there, it's the inability to speak the language.
"They have the talent but when you go work for a company like this, you have to, I say this, something my great mentor Dean Malenko would tell me. Everything you know, forget it, delete the tape. You are starting from nothing. Use one of the moves or things that will help you get over but forget about lucha libre. Lucha libre will not work here. You will never be anything if you focus and stick to being a luchador in WWE."
Almas has only been with the company for a couple of months, and managed to defeat Tye Dillinger on his debut back June, before he was then defeated by Bobby Roode at 'NXT Takeover: Back to Brooklyn' a few weeks ago.
WWE MORE FOCUSED ON REPLACING STARS?
Del Rio and Rey Mysterio were two of the biggest Luchadors in WWE over the past decade and now the former United States Champion thinks that the company are more focused on finding their replacement rather than creating new stars.
"WWE will always be looking for another Rey or another Alberto. Will they be able to find another? I really doubt it. Not because there aren't people with the amount of talent a Rey has or I have. Simply because every wrestler is their own person and has their own name. You can't just find another one. You have to create someone that will hopefully be better than us. I wish them both luck."
With Kalisto out injured and Sin Cara not being used effectively since he was drafted over to Raw, it seems there is a gap in WWE right now that either Almas or Metalik could be used to fill.
