The off-season has an effect on all of us and everybody has a different reaction to the lack of NBA action for six months of the year.

It seems like it has all become too much for Cleveland Cavaliers small forward Richard Jefferson, who has been snapchatting about how much he misses his teammates.

It won't be long now until the 36-year-old links up with his team as they prepare for the defence of their title. But until then, he will have to deal with his loneliness. Hopefully, it produces some more hilarious videos.

The former San Antonio Spurs player shared videos of LeBron James, Kevin Love and Kyrie Irving - among others - and they were great.

The compilation of short video clips includes LeBron in skin-tight lycra and a curly wig doing the "Solid Gold" dance, Love doing yoga and Irving dancing along to the 'Friends' theme tune.

His Snapchat story also nodded at J.R. Smith's ongoing free agency issues and showed the romantic side of Channing Frye. Cavaliers and NBA fans, in general, will love it.

With training camp and pre-season on the horizon, we suggest you add Jefferson on the social media platform as his snaps during the playoffs were pure gold.
