Mick Foley hints at big SmackDown star moving to Raw

Prior to the WWE brand split, many fans were concerned that superstars may be moved between the two shows despite the separate rosters coming in to place.

This was an understandable worry for members of the WWE Universe, as the split which had been hyped up for so long would surely lose some credibility as a result.

Despite these fears however, WWE have unsurprisingly already gone ahead with this unpopular idea as Jack Swagger switched from Monday Night Raw to SmackDown just last week.

Bad idea

A look at Raw general manager Mick Foley's Twitter account suggests that the WWE Universe could be set to see another superstar switch brands very soon.

It is no secret that the current WWE Intercontinental Champion The Miz has not been seeing eye to eye with SmackDown Live's general manager, Daniel Bryan, of late as the former feels D-Bry has not given him what he truly deserves.

Change time

Both The Miz and Daniel Bryan have taken to Twitter to provide updates in relation to contract negotiations for The Awesome One.

The Miz has made it clear he is not happy with his current treatment under those in charge of SmackDown:

It is Mick Foley however who produced the most interesting update recently, replying to The Miz with the following:

Whilst nothing has yet been confirmed, Foley's response implies, presumably along with Stephanie McMahon, that there would certainly be a place for The Miz on the Monday Night Raw roster.

Although this move may well take place, it will leave fans who have been enjoying The Miz's feud with Daniel Bryan disappointed.

In addition, the company must stick to its original separate rosters and not continue to allow superstar switches to be made as it ultimately proves detrimental to the brand split altogether.
