Watch: Video of Mustafi and Koscielny vs Diego Costa goes viral

Arsenal showed off their attacking qualities yesterday as they saw off rivals Chelsea in an emphatic 3-0 win.

It wasn't just their play in the final third that had fans at the Emirates purring, however, with their back four keeping their London rivals - and, in particular, Diego Costa - extremely quiet throughout the 90 minutes.

And, if Gunners fans haven't had enough of seeing the Spanish forward thoroughly outplayed by the centre-back duo of Shkodran Mustafi and Laurent Koscielny, one supporter has now lovingly created a highlights video showing the Arsenal pair getting the better of their opponent time and time again on Saturday afternoon.

Costa has caused Arsene Wenger's side all sorts of problems in recent years, both in terms of his threat on goal and his apparent ability to get Arsenal players sent off on the big occasion.

However, heading into the game, the veteran manager revealed he had already instructed his players on how to deal with the former Atletico Madrid striker and, judging by the below footage and the 3-0 score line, they clearly took that message to heart.

Compiling some exemplary defending with some good old fashioned man-marking and physical play, the video showcases the torrid 90 minutes Costa endured as he was shadowed by both Mustafi and Koscielny.

The music only adds to the feeling of inevitability every time the ball is rolled into the Spanish striker's feet only to see one of the two Arsenal centre-backs either nick the ball away or leave Costa on the ground and increasingly frustrated.

As you can see below, there wasn't much sympathy coming Costa's way from north London...

The way Arsenal as a whole stifled Antonio Conte's side yesterday will have brought a smile to every single Gunners fans.

After seeing their side concede four goals to Liverpool on the opening day of the Premier League season, Gooners quite rightly had concerns about their defence.

However, whilst Mustafi has taken a couple of games to acclimatise, Saturday's performance from himself and Koscielny was a defensive masterclass that Arsenal fans will want to watch over and over again.

Costa, meanwhile, will probably want to forget about his afternoon as quickly as possible.
