Olivier Giroud is one of the greatest strikers to have ever graced the Premier League.

Known for his precision in front of goal, excellent movement inside the box and elite strength, the Frenchman was a nightmare opponent for many defenders to deal with.

The 35-year-old joined Chelsea from Arsenal in 2018 and instantly made an impact at the club, going on to help his team win the FA Cup in his first season, scoring a crucial goal against Southampton in the semi-final of the competition.

Over the last six years, Chelsea have made a staggering 10 European and domestic cup final appearances, with Giroud playing a part in several of those competitions.

In only his second season at the club, the striker helped the Blues win the 2019 Europa League final, scoring the opening goal of the match against his previous side, Arsenal.

The World Cup winner would also be named as the top goalscorer in the Europa League that season before scoring in the 2019/20 FA Cup semi-final against Man Utd, once again helping the team reach the final of the domestic competition.

"He is always going to give you a desire to get in there for the team," Lampard said, per Reuters.

"He has scored important goals. He has never given me a problem, always trained well. His professionalism is always good."
