John Cena's body transformation from his WWE debut to now is seriously impressive and has gone massively under the radar.

John Cena has always been a big guy, even dating back to his WWE debut, but fans seem to have forgotten just how shredded the former WWE Champion is compared to when we first saw him.

As can be seen below, Cena has got into insane shape as of late, particularly when compared to what he looked like during his first year in WWE in 2002.

The multi-time WWE Champion is now ridiculously lean and shredded, but still looks huge, which is a pretty impressive feat in itself.

Even since 2018, Cena has seemingly continued to get himself into incredible shape, with fans noticing just how ripped he looked during his most recent run with WWE last summer.

It seems like, perhaps because he is on WWE TV now a lot less than he was when he was a full-time performer, that fans don't really talk about the insane shape the former World Champion is in right now.

As noted, John Cena was last on WWE TV back in the summer of 2021, losing to Roman Reigns in the main event of the SummerSlam pay-per-view event

Since then, Cena has gone on to release several movies and TV series, and his busy schedule is expected to keep him away from the company for a while longer.

Speaking recently, Cena said that he is very unlikely to be able to make WrestleMania 38 in Dallas this year, but did explain that he is far from done with WWE and will return at some stage.
