Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson was on top form while providing the introduction for Super Bowl LVI this evening.

The Rock may have rose to popularity within the WWE, but he has since gone on to become one of the most famous people on the planet.

The former WWE Champion was asked to provide the on-field introduction for the Super Bowl today between the Cincinnati Bengals and the Los Angeles Rams.

As can be seen below, Dwayne Johnson took to the field at SoFi Stadium this evening to provide the introduction to the match, and he was his usual charismatic self.

The Rock opened up his introduction with his classic "finally" schtick, before going on to introduce both teams to the fans in attendance and those watching at home.

He delivered several of his signature catchphrases during the introduction, including both "electrifying" and "millions".

As expected, the charismatic introduction caught the attention of many online, with fans applauding 'The People's Champion' for his involvement in the huge NFL game.

The Rock will be hoping to return to SoFi Stadium before too long, at least if WWE has anything to say about it.

Reports have indicated that WWE is hoping to have the Hollywood megastar back involved with the company for WrestleMania 39.

WWE plan for the show, which is slated to take place in Los Angeles in April 2023, is for The Rock to face his cousin, Universal Champion Roman Reigns, in the main event to the two-night event.

`Given Rocky's incredible busy movie schedule, the plans are certainly not confirmed as of right now, and could easily change over the next few months.
