A Conor McGregor fan page on Instagram has reminded everyone of the Irishman’s dramatic transformation over the past several years.

Often when people get to the top of the mountain, they lose focus. They have more money than they could ever have wished for and they’ve fulfilled their life’s goal, whatever that may be. And so, they can be forgiven for letting themselves go a little.

Maybe, enjoy a nice desert occasionally… Or swap the relentless training in the gym for some whisky and a cigar?

Not Conor McGregor.

Although, on second thought, he does do that last part pretty often as well!

However, it doesn’t seem to be affecting his training, as shown in this recent picture shared to his Instagram, in which the UFC icon is looking totally stacked.

It’s even more resounding when you see him compared to his former self back in 2015, the guy must have packed on serious kilograms of lean muscle mass.

One fan commented: “Even his nose is stacked now!”

The Notorious certainly wouldn’t be far away from a return to the Octagon should a fight be agreed or maybe even the boxing ring, as coach John Kavanagh hinted that a mega-money fight with Jake Paul could be an option.

Something that big-time promoter Eddie Hearn has thrown his backing behind.

Alternative rumours suggest a fourth fight with Dustin Poirier could be on the cards, the last of which McGregor suffered a horrific broken leg in. Or even sensational matchups with Max Holloway or Nate Diaz respectively.

One thing’s for sure, McGregor wouldn’t be short of options if and when he does decide to make his return.

The eight pay-per-view events McGregor has taken part in have totalled 11,595,429 buys, and of those eight, only one has failed to reach one million buys, which guarantees life-changing sums of money for any other competitor involved.
