This isn't how WWE is going to bring Rhodes back to the company though, at least if a new report is to be believed.

PWInsider is reporting that the word going around backstage is that Logan Paul is going to be The Miz's partner.

The report also notes that Paul will be teaming with the former WWE Champion for an actual match, which will potentially take place at WrestleMania 38 on either April 2 or April 3.

During the Elimination Chamber PPV, The Miz did a backstage promo stating that he was calling for someone to be his partner against Rey and Dominik Mysterio. The word backstage at the show is that the current plan is for the partner to be Logan Paul, potentially for Wrestlemania.

Logan Paul was brought into WWE last year for WrestleMania, getting involved in the storyline between long-time best friends Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn.

Paul impressed fans with his performances during the segments he was involved with, as well as his sell of Owens' Stone Cold Stunner at WrestleMania.

It seems like Paul made an impression on WWE higher-ups too, as he's being brought back into the company for a WrestleMania match.
