Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford had a funny response to a football fan who tried to taunt him on Saturday night.Pickford was at the Manchester Arena for the early-anticipated fight between long-time rivals Amir Khan and Kell Brook. And one football fan, who talkSPORT suggest may have been a Liverpool supporter, taunted Pickford by asking the England international: “Everton getting relegated, or what?”Pickford responded by asking him to say it again, so the fan did.The Premier League goalkeeper asked him to repeat it again after pretending that he couldn’t hear, before responding: “Parrot”.Childish? Perhaps. But what a way to deal with a troll.Hats off to you, Jordan.Watch the funny footage here:

Let’s check out some of the best reaction to the clip, which is going viral on Twitter:

Pickford hit the headlines last week after reportedly being caught up in a pub brawl after being mocked about his arms.

Phil Foden involved in a more serious incident

Unfortunately, one footballer who was caught up in a serious incident at the Manchester Arena on Saturday is Phil Foden.

The Manchester City star’s mother was filmed being punched in shocking footage circulating on social media.

“The club is aware of a video which has circulated on social media showing Phil Foden and his family being harassed and abused,” a club statement from Man City read.

"We are shocked and appalled about the nature of the abuse and ensuing assault on one of Phil’s family member.

"We will continue to give Phil and his family all the support and assistance they need.”
