Tottenham Hotspur hotshot Harry Kane will be 'absolutely delighted' with the impact Dejan Kulusevski has made since heading to north London, according to Sky Sports reporter Michael Bridge.

Kulusevski joined Spurs an initial loan deal from Serie A giants Juventus on transfer deadline day in January, becoming the first arrival of head coach Antonio Conte's tenure.

What's the latest news involving Kulusevski?

While managing director Fabio Paratici brokered a deal which saw Kulusevski join Tottenham on an 18-month loan for £8.3million, the Premier League side have an obligation to turn the move into a permanent switch for a total of £37.5million if certain sporting criteria are met.

He has adapted to the Premier League seamlessly, bagging two goals and an assist in his first five appearances in the competition.

Both of those goals came in the two domestic wins Kulusevski has enjoyed since heading to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, while WhoScored rated the 21-year-old as the second best player on the pitch as Spurs overcame Manchester City thanks to his stoppage time cross being headed home by Kane last month.

It appears to have been a genius move and Conte has already been impressed with the 20-cap Sweden international in the short period of time he has been at the club.

The Italian reacted to Kulusevski's goalscoring display at Leeds United on Saturday by claiming the winger has the potential to go on and 'become a really important player' for Spurs.

What has Michael Bridge said about Kulusevski?

Bridge believes Kulusevski's performance in the win over Manchester City showed the Swede is capable of doing the less glamorous side of the game as well as creating plenty of chances.

The Sky Sports reporter feels his late assist for Kane will have gone down well with the England captain, who will be hoping for more of the same on a regular basis.

Bridge told GIVEMESPORT: "I think Kulusevski, in terms of distance, covered the most or second most ground against Manchester City. He is someone who doesn't look rapid but covers a lot of the ground and Harry Kane will be absolutely delighted to see him with those perfectly glided crosses.

"They were really unlucky with one on VAR but, obviously, in stoppage time he got it nicely in the box again and Kane beat Kyle Walker in the air.

"Kane will really like someone who's got that ability to get a good cross into the box."

How had Kulusevski performed before joining Spurs?

While Kulusevski was not particularly prolific at Juventus, chalking up 19 goal contributions in 74 outings, he has previously shown he is a serious threat in the attacking third of the pitch.

Thanks largely to his time at Parma, he has already found the back of the net 21 times and provided a further 20 assists during the early stages of his senior club career.

Kulusevski also got his hands on silverware during his stint with Juventus, so he headed to Tottenham with a winning mentality.
