New Leeds manager Jesse Marsch has some very big shoes to fill.Marcelo Bielsa will go down in the club's history having led the club back to the Premier League, playing a very entertaining brand of football in the meantime. But after a terrible run of results, the managerial legend has now left Elland Road.We don't envy Marsch right now as he looks to turn the tide with the majority of the fanbase wishing Bielsa was still in charge. But we don't blame Leeds fans if they're not totally clued up on who the American manager is.The 48-year-old American has been in the Red Bull project for most of his managerial career having taken charge of New York Red Bulls, Red Bull Salzburg and RB Leipzig.During that time, fans of English football may well have come across the exciting tactician taking charge of matches against Liverpool and Manchester City in recent years. And he made headlines in England back in 2019 when in charge of Salzburg. The Austrian club were in the same Champions League group as Liverpool and made waves in the competition with a certain Erling Haaland upfront.Their group stage game at Anfield was one of the matches of the tournament.Liverpool raced into a 3-0 lead and Salzburg looked out of their depth by half time despite pulling one back through Hee-Chan Hwang. But within 15 minutes of the second half, it was 3-3.Future Liverpool player Takumi Minamino made it 3-2 before a half-fit Haaland came off the bench to equalise. What on earth had Marsch said at half time?Well, fortunately for us, we have the answer to the question. That's because a video went viral after the match showing Marsch's team talk at half time. He switches between German and English effortlessly as he lays into his players for their performance. His attempt to motivate them clearly worked absolute wonders.WARNING: The following video contains a lot of expletive language

VIDEO: Jesse Marsch's half time team-talk vs Liverpool

A full translation can be found below:

“Firstly, how many fouls have we committed? Maybe two?” Marsch said, per the Mirror.

“It’s not a f*****g friendly, it’s a Champions League match. We’ve got to play more physical and get stuck in.

“Be more ruthless against Van Dijk, we play with too much respect. Too much respect.

“Are they strong? Yes. But it doesn’t mean that we should be nice to them and don’t tackle them or fight.

“They have to feel us guys, they have to know we’re f*****g here to compete, not just that we’re here to stylistically going to try and play the same way, but we came to f*****g play.

“Let’s f*****g raise our will, our fight.

“We’re going to talk about tactics but when we step on to that field with more confidence and will. Now it’s us against them.

“We’ve seen that they are strong but we can do better and breathe life into our game.

“Self-confidence, physicality, that’s what it’s all about. They are not so dangerous with set-pieces. Come on, we have more to offer.”

Leeds players now know what to expect if they have a poor first half!

After seeing the video himself, Klopp insisted he would quit Liverpool if the club released a video of one of his team talks!

“If LFCTV would put out a video of me in a situation like that, I would leave the club," Klopp said when quizzed on the matter.

"That’s the truth. That’s all I have to say about that!”
