Randy Orton could be a doubt for WrestleMania season after seemingly suffering an injury on Monday Night Raw.

On the show, Randy teamed with RK-Bro tag team partner Riddle to face the Street Profits in a teaser to next week’s triple-threat tag team title match with Alpha Academy.

During the match Orton failed to get his foot on the rope following Montez Ford’s Frog Splash and was unable to kick-out of the pinfall. The four men visibly trying to work out what happened, with it looking like the 41-year-old suffering a legitimate leg injury.

The fourteen-time world champion looked to be in genuine pain after the bell had unexpectedly rung and given Street Profits the win. With Orton curled up in the corner, both Riddle and the referee looked concerned as the show moved onto the next segment.

With WrestleMania just weeks away, Orton would have been part of plans for the event. Whether that’s in a tag team title match in the aftermath of next week’s result or with the much-rumoured breakdown between him and Riddle that would lead to a meeting in Dallas.

Randy has suffered several shoulder injuries during his WWE career. The first almost derailed his early run as part of the iconic Evolution stable and then a further setback in the midst of his rivalry with Bray Wyatt in 2105, which caused him to miss nearly eleven months of action.
