John Fury went full John Fury as he hit out against Carl Frampton and his prediction about Jake Paul's scrapped fight with Tommy Fury. Frampton predicted that Paul would beat Tommy in their fight that was due to take place in December.Fury pulled out of the fight due to a broken rib and bacterial chest infection, with Jake Paul labelling him ‘scared’.But former two-weight champion Frampton backed Paul, who turned pro in 2019, before the fight. “I think that it’s a huge fight, and I’d probably favour Jake Paul in the fight.”John Fury was not happy with these remarks and confronted Frampton backstage at the pre-fight press conference for Tyson Fury's fight with Dillian Whyte next month. “You think Jake Paul’s a boxer then?”

“He’s not a boxer,” Frampton replied.

“Well why do you think he can beat Tommy then? Answer the question now. Because you disappoint me, and I looked up to you and supported you.”

Five-foot-5 Frampton then replied by saying: “I’m trying to be honest, John.”

Fury didn’t appreciate the honesty and hit back: “Honest? Saying a YouTuber can beat a Fury, are you p*****? I don’t want to talk to you, I’ll turn my back on you, I don’t want to talk to you at all. Get your facts right or get off the job.”

Jake Paul has won all five of his professional fights, winning four by knockout.

The Problem Child fought MMA fighter Tyron Woodley for the second time instead, knocking the 39-year-old out in the sixth round.

Meanwhile, Tommy Fury, younger brother of Tyson, has won all seven of his professional bouts.

The 22-year-old has said he wants the match rearranged, but no date has been set.
