UFC Potential Fights 2022

UPDATE 9th November 2022 - With all of the fight cards pretty much completed for the year up to UFC 282, the only remaining question mark is whether we will see Jon Jones return, which at this point is not likely.

ORIGINAL - Conor McGregor vs Tony Ferguson

  • Interestingly, SkyBet has odds available for this contest between two of the biggest names in the UFC’s Lightweight division. It’s more likely that we’ll see McGregor vs Diaz 3 first, but McGregor sits as the favourite for this potential bout.

Odds

  • McGregor to win: 1/3
  • Ferguson to win: 9/4

Dustin Poirier vs Nate Diaz

  • Speaking of Diaz, SkyBet also has odds available for a potential showdown with Poirier. It makes sense that Poirier is the favourite, having defeated McGregor on to occasions in 2022.

Odds

  • Poirier to win: 1/4
  • Diaz to win: 3/1

Francis Ngannou vs Jon Jones

  • This is a big one if the UFC are able to pull it off. The chances aren’t likely, with Jones not technically in the Heavyweight division and Ngannou having already fought against Gane. Still, SkyBet has Ngannou as the favourite for the potential fight.

Odds

  • Ngannou to win: 4/9
  • Jones to win: 13/8

Kamaru Usman vs Khamzat Chimaev

  • This is an intriguing contest, as the P4P great Usman has pretty much cleared out the top challengers in the division, including Covington, Burns and Masvidal. It probably won’t happen in 2022, as Chimaev is still ranked outside of the top 10, but it is a potential fight for 2023 or beyond. Either way, SkyBet has odds for the fight.

Odds

  • Usman to win: 8/13
  • Chimaev to win: 5/4

Hopefully, we’ll be able to see at least one of these big bouts by the end of 2022!
