New WWE Raw Tag Team champion Riddle is still hoping to have a match with Brock Lesnar in WWE.

On Monday Night Raw this week, Riddle and RK-Bro tag team partner Randy Orton defeated Alpha Academy and Seth Rollins and Kevin Owens to capture the Raw Tag Team Titles for a second time.

In the aftermath of the victory, Orton took to the mic to declare his tandem with Riddle is the most fun he’s had in his twenty-year WWE career. However, his tag team partner still has his sights on singles action and one opponent in particular.

Talking to Adam’s Apple, the 36-year-old name dropped a number of WWE Superstars he’d like to face, with Brock Lesnar the one he really wants.

I really want that one-on-one match with Brock that’d be good, but there’s a lot of talent out there. You’ve got the Edges, me and Randy are partners, but you never know, we might wrestle one day. There’s a lot.

It’s not the first time Riddle has gone on record to talk about wanting a match with the WWE Champion. However, Riddle has since admitted he promised Lesnar he would stop calling him out publicly. The pair did clash during the Elimination Chamber match last month, but are yet to meet one-on-one in WWE.

The Raw Tag Team champion also has history of clashing with WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg, with the pair even seen to have heated words backstage at SummerSlam in 2019. However, Riddle has stated that he thinks he’s now grown on Goldberg and a future match between the pair could happen.

RK-Bro will now head to WrestleMania next month to defend the newly won Raw Tag Team Championships, although their opponent is yet to be determined. The Street Profits made their title intentions known on Raw and could be a possibility or a rematch with Alpha Academy - who’s popularity has grown in recent weeks - could be on the cards for Dallas next month.
