Tottenham attacker Dejan Kulusevski is "absolutely perfect" for Heung Min Son and Harry Kane, according to Sky Sports reporter Michael Bridge.

The 21-year-old joined on loan from Juventus in January and has enjoyed a fine first two months in English football.

How has Kulusevski performed for Tottenham?

Kulusevski's first couple of outings were nothing to write home about, but since he was thrown in for his full debut against Manchester City last month, he's gone from strength to strength.

Having opened the scoring at the Etihad Stadium, the attacker, having such a great game that he stayed on the pitch at the expense of Son, crossed for Harry Kane to net a dramatic added-time winner.

His purple patch continued when he scored in the win over Leeds, before the youngster chipped in with two assists against Everton and another at Brighton last week.

Kulusevski also won the penalty that Kane dispatched in the defeat at Manchester United, while better finishing in the West Ham victory would have seen his assist tally grow even further.

Regardless, Kulusevski has still enjoyed a dream start at Spurs. Heading into the international break, he's been involved in six goals in nine Premier League games, which has seen Antonio Conte's side remain firmly in the race for the top four.

What did Bridge say about Kulusevski?

When asked about his impact, Bridge told GIVEMESPORT: "Kulusevski is just absolutely perfect for Son and Kane to play their game. They love the way he drifts back in and he's quite creative."

Will Tottenham sign Kulusevski permanently?

Right now, there's absolutely no reason at this stage why Tottenham won't look to activate the Sweden international's £29.2m option to buy after he initially joined on an £8.3m loan fee.

His arrival has seen Conte's men enjoy their best goalscoring run of the campaign. In the seven top-flight games that Kulusevski has started, Spurs have scored 19 goals, which is as many as they managed in the 14 matches prior.

As Bridge alluded to, Kulusevski already has a great understanding with Son and Kane, with the latter's game in particular improving dramatically since the former Juventus man came into the starting line-up.

Therefore, if Kulusevski's form continues for the rest of the season, Tottenham will surely be hoping to make him their first signing of the summer.
