Jake Paul has revealed he wants at least $300 million to fight Mike Tyson in a boxing ring.

The YouTuber-turned-boxer is chasing down a fight with UFC superstar Conor McGregor who has not fought since losing to Dustin Poirier in their Las Vegas trilogy fight last July.

But the Problem Child also wouldn't mind sharing the ring with Iron Mike.

Paul recently appeared on 'The Journey' podcast and spoke about a number of different topics.

The podcast episode was originally posted on YouTube and shows Paul speaking to fellow US-based influencer Bear Degidio.

He said on the podcast: “I would step up to Mike Tyson for sure.

"I joke with my friends about it, and I’m like I’ll start eating Krispy Kreme doughnuts and move up to heavyweight and take on Mike Tyson.

“That fight would actually excite me because that’s actually a $200 million dollar, $300 million dollar event.

"Mike Tyson, bro, if you’re watching this, let’s have some fun. New school vs old school. I think that’s something fans would want to see."

Paul, who lives and trains in Puerto Rico with older brother Logan Paul, has the world's biggest sports stars in his sights as the American fighter targets a return to the ring in August.

The 25-year-old named McGregor, Tyson, Canelo Alvarez and Floyd Mayweather as his four-man opponent hitlist.

He had been set to face Tommy Fury in December but the fight was cancelled after Tyson Fury's brother suffered an injury during training.

Tyson, 56, has previously spoken highly of the Paul brothers and called them 'a big shot in the arm for boxing'.

During an appearance on the 'Club Shay Shay' podcast, he said: “I think they’re a big shot in the arm for boxing.

“No boxer’s ever brought that many people to the network, like Logan and Jake did. They’re bringing money to boxing.

“These guys are very emotional, they want to fight ‘em [sic] so bad, they forget that he’s a trained fighter.

“He’s gonna make them believe that they can really beat this guy because he’s white with blonde hair and blue eyes. ‘I’m gonna kill him.’

“And then they go in the ring and something different happens.”
