Wrestling icon The Undertaker had choice words for chairman Vince McMahon at the Hall of Fame ceremony on Friday night.

This time, however, there was no act and there was no drama.

Instead, there was just a short and heartfelt message intended for the chairman of the biggest wrestling organisation in history. Three words that were not even intended for the crowd to hear.

As The Deadman embraced his former boss in the ring at American Airlines Center, his 6’10 figure towering over McMahon, he can be heard saying the words “I love you.”

Following the brief but powerful exchange, McMahon is then seen making for a quick exit as ‘Taker assumes his position at the podium.

Many fans have since speculated this was McMahon’s effort to conceal his emotion. Undertaker, on the other hand, could not fight back the overwhelming feeling of the moment, as he delivered his Hall of Fame acceptance with tears in his eyes.

Although he had not intended for fans to hear his private conversation with McMahon, The Undertaker did not shy away from publicly praising him.

In his speech, he addressed McMahon to the cheers of the adoring crowd: “The reason I’m standing here today is because of you. You changed my entire life.”

While The Undertaker took a much more direct approach to sharing his feelings with McMahon, the feeling was clearly mutual.

Introducing ‘Taker, the boss honoured his employee and friend, stating: “There is no one more deserving than the man we are about to induct tonight. This man is the most revered Superstar in WWE history."

McMahon praised ‘Taker’s loyalty, to himself and the organisation, over his 30-year tenure.

He added: "WCW never bothered to call The Undertaker because they knew he would never answer."

After teasing the crowd with hopes of a comeback at his induction, time will tell if there is more to come from the partnership.
