The Champions League match between Atletico Madrid and Manchester City on Wednesday evening was a feisty affair.A brawl erupted at the end of the match after Stefan Savic tried to drag a hurt Phil Foden off the field.It then kicked off all again after full-time as members from both sides clashed in the tunnel.Tunnel footage showed Jack Grealish and Savic continuing to go at it, while a seriously wound up Å ime Vrsaljko looked as if he wanted to take on the whole City side.But what caused the fracas? The video starts with Savic and Grealish continuing to have words, before Ruben Dias separates the two.

An Atletico staff member sees the the exchange and rushes in, presumably with the intention to have confront Grealish.

Kyle Walker, who had come off earlier in the evening after sustaining an injury, sees this and pushes the staff member away.

A man dressing in a black coat then appears to say something to Walker.

He is pushed by Scott Carson and then Walker tries to confront him.

Vrsaljko gets involved and is then sent into a rage after being pushed by Carson.

Walker, meanwhile, was pulled away by City youngster Romeo Lavia and Gabriel Jesus.

Carson walks down the tunnel. It's clear that whatever the man in the black coat has said has annoyed him, as he points ins his face.

The Man City goalkeeper is angrily pursued by Vrsaljko, who is being held back from confronting him.

The Croatian defender appears to throw a bib at Carson before the footage ends.

Crazy. UEFA have confirmed they are investigating everything that went on between the two sides.

It seems inevitable that the two sides are punished in some way for the unsavoury scenes at the Wanda Metropolitano.
