Becky Lynch appearances have been few and far between since she dropped the Raw Women's Championship to Bianca Belair at WrestleMania earlier this month. Since she left WWE on maternity leave in 2020, The Man has technically not been defeated for the red brand title since she claimed it at WrestleMania 35 in 2019.Lynch relinquished the Championship to Asuka, but did not lose it via match defeat. After 15 months on hiatus, she returned at SummerSlam to become the new SmackDown women's champion. Lynch swapped her belt for Charlotte Flair's Raw strap in October following the latest WWE Draft. Now, for the first time in three years, Big Time Becks finds herself on the Raw roster with no title to show off on her shoulder. It's an absence that the former champion is certainly feeling. This weekend, WWE hosted a live event in Syracuse, New York and Lynch had every intention of winning back her title in time for the next instalment of Monday Night Raw."It’s been three years since the last time I walked out on Raw without the championship," she said prior to Saturday's event. "I’m not ready to walk out on Monday Night Raw without my Championship. "I always have a plan, that’s why I’m here in Syracuse because I’m going to win back my Championship. I will walk out tomorrow on Monday Night Raw as your new Women’s Champion."

However, despite her determination to regain her status as the Raw women's champion, Lynch was once again thwarted by Belair.

The EST of WWE retained her title after defeating both Lynch and Rhea Ripley in a triple threat match.

Prior to her defeat to Belair, Lynch had fought off the likes of Liv Morgan, Doudrop, and even Hall of Famer Lita to extend her astonishing reign as champion. Now, a new era has dawned and Belair is the star who everyone is looking to dethrone.

Big Time Becks' loss at the weekend scuppers her promise of returning to Monday Night Raw as the champion, which begs the question, will she be on air tonight despite failing to reclaim her Championship?
