After nine months of inactivity, WWE fans can expect the return of Bayley any day now.The record reigning former SmackDown Women’s Champion was forced to the sidelines last July after suffering an ACL injury during training and hasn't made an appearance for the company since. The Role Model is said to be ready to make her comeback to the ring and she has already identified who she wants to wrestle once she is back in action.Bayley is expected to be back on regular television very soon. A recent injury report has tipped her to return 'within the next month or so' and it could be to either one of WWE's main brands. Because she was absent during the 2021 Draft, Bayley is officially a free agent and could join either Raw or SmackDown when she is back in the mix. Before she picked up her injury, The Role Model was embroiled in a feud with Bianca Belair and was scheduled to compete for the SmackDown title at Money in the Bank.

The two-time Tag Team Champion has been teasing fans with some recent cryptic social media posts, including highlighting her free agent status and pretending she had missed her spot on WrestleMania because she overslept.

This time however, she has been straight to the point with her tweet.

Bayley has stated that she wants to wrestle Candice LeRae at some point this year, when both women return to the ring.

LeRae currently competes on NXT but has been on maternity leave since August last year. She is a former member of the black and gold stable The Way and previously held the NXT Women's Tag Team Championship with Indi Hartwell.

Both LeRae and Bayley have been absent from WWE for some time now and both are expected to make their return soon.

Bayley is a former NXT Champion and she has also won both the Raw and SmackDown Women's Championships, making her the first female wrestler to win the Triple Crown status.

After a long nine months, The Role Model is due her comeback as she aims to pick up where she left off last summer.
