The Undertaker is one of WWE's greatest ever stars, there's no denying that.

'Taker's longevity as a character within wrestling, as well as his mind for the business, are both incredibly impressive.

But perhaps more than that, the most impressive thing about 'The Deadman' is how he keeps the people he's in the ring with safe.

Taking that into consideration, it's no surprise that the people that 'Taker has worked with have so much respect for him.

Undertaker's quick thinking was on full display during a chaotic segment on WWE SmackDown in 2001.

The segment saw several huge stars, including Kurt Angle, The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin, as well as the aforementioned Big Show and Undertaker, all hitting their finishers to end the show.

Taker's brilliance was on full display here though, as he subtly and quietly saved Big Show from picking up a potentially serious injury.

As can be seen above, Undertaker looked like he was going to land right onto a chair from Angle's Olympic Slam.

Undertaker, who was lying on the ground having been attacked already, was able to move the chair with his foot, saving the big man from potentially injuring himself.

It's this pure genius that comes with experience, and puts Undertaker right up there as one of the best wrestlers ever.

You can see the entire segment above, which fans often look back on as one of the best endings to a WWE show in history.

The segment is often brought up by WWE fans when speaking about the star power during the Attitude Era, with almost everyone involved in the segment an undeniable top star.

The Undertaker was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame this month, and the ovation he got from the fans was spine-tingling, which you can read more about by clicking here.
