F1 22 has finally been announced and will be arriving this summer, with virtual drivers looking to dive head first into the all-new rules of the sport.

For PC gamers, they will be making preparations to see if their respective hard drive and setup will be capable to run EA and Codemasters' latest creation, with graphics cards and storage being taken into consideration.

The Canadian gaming giants are getting together with Codemasters once more to produce their second Formula 1 title following some generally favourable reviews on their first entry, F1 2021, which received as high as a score of 86 on the critique website Metacritic.

With this in mind, PC players will be hoping they can enjoy an equally similar experience as gaming technology advances each year. As a result, they will need to ensure they have the right machine to operate F1 22 on.

F1 22 is scheduled for release on Friday 1st July 2022 on PlayStation 5, PS4, PC, Xbox Series X & S and Xbox One.
