Mike Tyson went viral yesterday for his attack on a fellow flight passenger en route to San Francisco.

Now, UFC president Dana White has offered some advice on how to deal with the former heavyweight champion when sharing a plane together.

Tyson was videoed attacking a man on a plane after taking selfies and being nice to the guy at first, before things turned ugly.

Representatives of Tyson have said that the man was acting aggressive towards the former boxer, constantly harassing him before eventually throwing a bottle at him.

This led to the attack that saw Tyson land several hits on the man, who had no response.

Police attended the scene, detaining two men involved in the altercation, but they said the man attacked "provided minimal details of the incident and refused to cooperate further with the police investigation."

Now, UFC president Dana White has offered advice to anyone who may find themselves in a confrontation with Tyson on a plane in the future.

The pair are known to be good friends, with both appearing on each other's podcasts in the past, so maybe White knows a thing or two about calming the big man down.

White tweeted a video with the caption: “Hey dummies, for future reference, this is how you stay alive when bumping into @MikeTyson on an airplane.”

The tweet, which you can see above, shows White receiving a soft punch to the arm from Tyson, who asks White to move. The UFC president acts intimidated by the former heavyweight and is quick to get out his seat. Probably a wise decision.

The video is meant as a joke, but based on the video that emerged yesterday, we might be all best following the lead of White to avoid going toe-to-toe with the heavyweight thousands of miles up in the sky.
