Karim Benzema was in fine form once again in Real Madrid's Champions League semi-final first leg tie with Manchester City on Tuesday evening.

Real may have lost 4-3 but Benzema tormented City's defence throughout.

The Frenchman scored a superb first-time effort in the 33rd minute to reduce Real's deficit to 2-1.

He then stole the headlines with an outrageous Panenka penalty to round out the scoring with eight minutes remaining.

Sergio Aguero was broadcasting his reactions to the game on his Twitch channel. He was also joined by former City teammate, Mario Balotelli.

The Argentine's reactions to Benzema's double were brilliant. View a video of them below...

Aguero's reaction to Benzema's first goal

Just before Benzema's first goal, Aguero can be seen laughing and joking with Balotelli. Seconds later, Benzema hits the back of the net and his delight turns to frustration.

He continued, per Sport: "Benzema is a crazy thing. You have to hug him in the area, not let him loose . Madrid has this, that he scores a goal out of nowhere."

Aguero's reaction to Benzema's second goal

Aguero watches intently as Benzema steps up. The Frenchman produces a Panenka spot-kick and Aguero just puts his hands on his head in disbelief.

He added after his second goal, per Sport: "When you have all the confidence, you can do what you want, like Benzema. What a son of a thousand. Losing 4-2 and going and scoring a penalty."

Aguero's reaction to Phil Foden's goal

Aguero has spoken highly of Phil Foden in the past and he was loving it when he got himself on the scoresheet just after half-time.

He said, per Goal: "My prince charming. Listen to me, Foden started playing when I told [Guardiola]. I said on camera, 'Pep, make Foden a starter'. Pep listened to me, and he did."

Hopefully Aguero broadcasts his reactions during the second leg as they made for brilliant viewing.
