The grandson of the legendary Muhammad Ali has a lot of eyes watching him to see if he lives up to the status of his grandfather and he hasn’t had a bad start to his career.Nico Ali Walsh has now upped his record to 5-0 as a professional boxer and his latest win was secured with a sensational knockout in the first round of the fight.He matched up against Alejandro Ibarra in his Las Vegas debut and he ended the night making quite the statement in the early stages of what could be a very bright career.Although Ibarra entered the fight as the underdog with a modest record, Walsh was impressive from the opening bell as he landed more effective punches and remained composed throughout.Within two minutes of the bout, Walsh combined with a left and right to Ibarra’s head which caused him to drop flat onto the canvas. Following his win against Ibarra, he admitted that his mother has said that she can see Ali in him when he is fighting – all family members will be hoping he is able to reach the same levels as The Greatest.
