Lionel Messi sent text message to Sergio Aguero during Real Madrid 3-1 Man City

Lionel Messi sent a text message to Sergio Aguero expressing his disbelief after watching Real Madrid take a 3-1 lead during Wednesday night’s dramatic Champions League semi-final second leg against Manchester City.
In one of the most extraordinary turnarounds in years, Real Madrid substitute Rodrygo scored twice shortly before full-time to force extra-time.
Riyad Mahrez had put City 5-3 up on aggregate in the 73rd minute but Rodrygo stunned Pep Guardiola’s side with his two late goals.
Karim Benzema then scored the winner from the penalty spot in extra-time. City’s players and coaching staff looked shell-shocked at the full-time whistle. Another chance to become European champions for the first time in the club’s history had gone begging.

Aguero and Tevez react to Real Madrid 3-1 Man City
Recording a live stream as the drama unfolded were two former City strikers: Aguero and Carlos Tevez.
The Argentine duo, like the rest of us, couldn’t believe what they were witnessing at the Bernabeu on their TV screens.
The former City stars were cheering on their former club and were left visibly crushed after Rodrygo’s header found the back of Ederson’s net.
Aguero screamed: “No! No!”
Tevez put his head in his hands and also shouted: “No!”

Messi’s text message to Aguero
After Benzema put Real Madrid 3-1 up, Aguero read out a text message that he’d received from Barcelona legend Messi, per Roy Nemer on Twitter.
“Stop joking, this can’t be true,” the seven-time Ballon d’Or winner, who was unable to prevent Paris Saint-Germain losing to Real Madrid in this season’s Champions League, said to his former Argentina teammate.

Messi has seen it all in football during his illustrious career but even the GOAT was stunned that Madrid had come back from the dead to beat Guardiola’s revered side.
Real Madrid will now attempt to win their 14th European Cup when they face Liverpool in this season’s Champions League final on May 28.
