West Ham's dream European run came to a crushing halt in Germany last night as Eintracht Frankfurt closed out the Europa League semi-final tie with a 1-0 win.Having edged out a lead during the first leg in London, the German side were favourites going into the tie but West Ham would've been confident of turning the tables.Sadly, it simply wasn't meant to be for the Hammers as Rafael Santos Morre Mauray's goal following Aaron Cresswell's red card proved to be just too high a mountain to climb. The game was not without its controversy as well as David Moyes was given his marching orders for an incident that saw him kick a ball at a ballboy on the sidelines.Moyes was rather unapologetic in his post-match interview but it seems his little outburst wasn't the last of the drama. That is because tunnel-cam footage has now emerged of star midfielder Declan Rice having a right old go at the referee on the night for some of his decision making.Rice pulled no punches as he lambasted the official with some pretty strong statements which you can see in the footage below:

"Ref, ref - it's so poor! All night, it's so bad!

"How can you be that bad? Honestly... You've been f***ing paid. It's f***ing corruption."

Oh dear, Declan, oh dear.

You can imagine that UEFA won't look too kindly on Rice's behaviour and it would come as no surprise to see him slapped with a rather hefty fine.

Of course it was an incredibly frustrating night for Rice and his teammates but as soon as you venture into accusing the referee of corruption, even in the heat of the moment, then you could find yourself in very hot water indeed.

Now the Hammers have no choice but to focus all the energy on finishing as high in the Premier League as possible.

If they can put the heartache of last night behind them and finish strong, this could still represent an incredible season for the east Londoners.
