Comments The Usos made during a 2019 interview have resurfaced, hinting at potential future WWE storyline plans for the pair.

Jimmy and Jey (The Usos) have remained a team since they first appeared on WWE's main roster, back in 2010.

The brothers have never had a one-on-one match against each other, but in a 2019 interview with Chris Van Vliet, they said it was a dream match of theirs.

More than that, the pair spoke about how they wanted the match they eventually have to be at WrestleMania, with Jey saying:

That's our dream match. By the end of our careers, I just want to have one match against him [Jimmy] at WrestleMania.

You can listen to The Usos' comments for yourself at the 9:00 mark of the video below.

Jey even said that he'd like to see Rikishi, their father, act as the special guest referee for the match, giving it a real family feel.

What makes this interesting is, the prospect of a match between Jimmy and Jey now seems more likely than it's ever been.

Reports have stated that at WrestleMania 39, the plan is for The Rock and Roman Reigns to finally go one-on-one, in a battle of the Anoa'i family members.

Some have speculated that once The Rock comes in, The Usos could split, with one siding with Rock, and the other siding with Roman.

If Rock v Roman is set for WrestleMania 39 night two, presumably as the main event, perhaps Jimmy v Jey could be a good addition to the card for night one?

It's worth noting that these are just fan theories and speculation at this time, it's not been reported that WWE is planning a feud between Jimmy and Jey anytime soon.

However, it could certainly be something that WWE explores in the future, particularly considering it's something that the pair want to do.
